ORIGINAL: Che well, this is my first tub,,,and im taking cellmass, a miltivitamin, and n´large...do u think that i should change a tub of cellmass for a cee pro by muscle tech??? or i should stay with cellmass??? dont say: take no-xplode hehehe cause i cant...it makes me sick... No -absolutely not. Stick with the CellMass through the whole tub. It usually takes a couple of weeks for the full effect of creatine to kick in and reach saturation. That's why the early conventional wisdom was to do a "loading phase", where you tried to saturate the muscle by takking four times the recommended daily dose, to shorten the acclimation period. This has turned out to be a waste of time (and Creatine), since only so much can be absorbed from any single dose, and piling it on does not get you around that. And I'm not about to recommend NO-Xplode to anyone The vasodilator component in NO-X, mixed with the massive dose of stimulants they include is (for a LOT of people) a recipe for gastrointestinal distress and migraine headaches. If you want to try vasodilation on its own merits, I'd stick with an uncomplicated, timed-release Arginine supplement, like Nitrix -and work your way up to the recommended dose over a couple of weeks. With either supplement, give your body time to acclimate and respond before you write it off

Well I can get the MuscleTech CEE Pro on Massnutrition for like $31.95 plus $5.95 Shipping charges so like $37.90 total cost for the 180 MuscleTech CEE PRO's OR Six Star CEE at Wal-mart for $19.99 with tax prolly $21.50 or something for only 60 The Muscletechs are actually cheaper because you get 180 VS 60. 3 times the servings for only like $6 more bucks with the Muscletechs, but the Six Stars are better. The Six Stars respond beautifully, I could tell I was on them the first day taking them, and it lives up to it's claims about making you stronger. I swear by these things, they work!!! I would put them up against CELLMASS anyday. I never tried Cellmass, but the Six Stars are that good.

veggeep Hopefully sometime down the road you can try the Six Star CEE and see for yourself and then review it. I would be suprised if they didn't work for you. I am pretty much the only one on this site talking about the Six Star CEE, I am the only person who has reviewed them and People are missing out big time, because these kick @ss and they never tried them. If a few people use them and review them, they will catch on to what I am saying quick. People base opinions on Six Star due to being sold at Wal-mart and it being AS SEEN ON TV product. I have heard People say they are cheap, which 60 caplets for $19.97 isn't all that cheap if you really think about it. How long will 60 last you? Maybe a month or month and a half that is it. And I have heard People say they are generic, which isn't true either, they are far from generic they actually work well and live up. I do want to try cellmass so I can compare the 2, but right now I am happy with Six Stars.

WOW! I just had the worst workout of my life, Y'all! That was a genuinely humbling experience. To anyone who is not yet convinced of the efficacy of creatine, I invite you to take it for two months and then stop using it abruptly. I've been off the creatine for eight days now, and it is definitely obvious. I just spent an hour trying to scrounge up enough motivation to hit a typical upper body workout, and it was like getting kicked in the nuts. I felt weak, every single set was a downer All of my concentration was distracted toward wondering if this really was creatine depletion, or whether slacking on my diet for the past three days was really to blame. I'm sure it's a combination of both (more diet than creatine), because my appetite is shot to hell again, and I've given back six pounds from my alltime high of 163 last month. I feel just like I did back in November when I took a forced two-week break from all lifting and dieting and backslid by five pounds. This definitely sucks. On the positive side, since most of that food weight has worked its way through my system, I can actually bend at the waist again without my gut getting in the way.

Veggeep, I know how that feels... I took creatine once for about 2 months. Ran out and decided to wait like 2 weeks before starting again, my strength seemed to go down, but my size stayed. As soon as the 2 or 3 weeks went by, I went back out and got me another tub.

BTW, veggeep, hang in there. Your mind is so powerful and set on your goal, that you'll recover in no time. You only know when you have a great workout in the relief of some awful ones. It happens . . .

Hang in there Veg, you have had a lot of stress in your life lately and I think that has as much to do with your bad workout as either the creatine or your recent diet. I find that I have to keep myself positive all the time, if something is stressing me out I cant concentrate on the weights properly and I have a piss-poor workout. You need to get all that negative sh*t outa your head man. SHAKE IT OFF

Thanks all! You're all right Che and Phersan Yeah, this sort of makes me sound like a creatine junkie Of course, I know there's a lot more to my recent funk than creatine withdrawal, so I'm not checking into rehab quite yet, ha ha ha. gzinkl The taste was originally a putoff for me too, but then I found GNC's flavorless monohydrate. Arguably the cheapest straight monohydrate I've found yet, and (unlike most products which make the claim) genuinely tasteless. But now that I'm trying CEE in caplet form, taste is a moot point. For reasons I've already stated above, I'm not convinced that so much of my gains depend on the creatine that I feel I'd lose a lot of progress by dropping it. I'm just overrreacting to all the other shizznitz that has reared its head in my heretofore uncomplicated daily routine, LOL. Johnny Rotten Exactly the kind of sense I need beaten into my thick skull right now MUCH GRASS! I need to stop being such a Nancy and knuckle-up! Ha ha ha ha! Jayman Just ain't gonna quit until I buy controlling shares in Six Star, LOL! Don't worry, bro -it's the next brand on my radar after I burn through these two bottles of MuscleTech. After all your raving, I feel obligated to run it through the ol' veggiematic Moralski I'm one step ahead of you. I can usually tell if my head is in the right place before a workout by how picky I am about the tunes. In retrospect, sitting there scrolling through my iPod was a stalling tactic, but knowing I needed some speed, I picked some old 'Tallica and it did help a little. All in all, I think the pothole I hit a few weeks back knocked my alignment out just a tad. I'll have it fixed by the end of the month

I don't blame ya for using up the Muscletech you have enough to last you for a long while. If you come to a point where you don't think the Muscletechs are doing anything for you , you can always run out and get some Six Stars if this happens. And either way you will still have these Muscletechs for a long while. You find you like Six Star better use 2 Six Stars pre workout and use 2 Muscletech pros post workout. Bassically using up the Muscletechs and conserving on the Six Stars. Pre workout is where these Six Stars really shine. I don't even use 2 six stars post workout to conserve :_)

Hmmmm... I never thought of it that way... Sounds like the time I got a 30-day refill on Vicodin and had so many left over after the original post-op surgery pain cleared up, I was stashing them all around the house and my office. Gotta have a couple in my desk drawer, just in case I have a nail-gun accident while typing memos (IT COULD HAPPEN!), HA ha ha ha!

I picked up a bottle of Six Star CEE today at wallyworld. My question is should I stick with the label and take 2 in the morning and 2 post workout, or 2 pre-workout and 2 post? Thanks
