Okay, I promised everyone I'd keep you posted on my switch to CEE, so here we go...
I have gone through two bottles of plain, unflavored, un-embellished creatine monohydrate with precisely the response I was expecting (increased performance during the workout, faster recovery between sets, and a significant amount of cell volumizing "bloat" -which I actually like, thank you very much). After our little bulking competition here on DBB ends next week, I'll cycle off the Creatine for two weeks and then start backk up on MuscleTech's CEE-Pro.
I've already used this stuff for a week, and (although it's still too early to tell) I don't notice any significant improvement or degredation compared to monohydrate.
There is one noticable side effect, however, that I can report with
certainty is related to MuscleTech CEE-Pro: a side effect you typically only associate with asparagus consumption
