Vitamin issues (Animal Pak) - Monday, February 20, 2006 9:02 AM
Right now I'm just taking centrum one when I wake and one when I sleep.  I used to take those packs from gnc that included 6 vitamins and they seemed fine.  My question ism how is the animal pak, I know its expensive, I know its like 11 pills, but is it really worth it.  I don;t have many expenses right now in college so I don't mind spending money, but let me know what you think I'm sure some1 has taken it.

actually animal pak is pretty good for me, but the only downside is the size. I've gotten throught that already though. it's 30 bucks at vitamin shoppe and should last 44 days unless you take it twice.

For the money you can't go wrong with Vitamin Worlds  Ultra Vita-Man or Ultra Vita-min  they are both time released and have tons and tons of different vitamins in them.   I use the Vita-Min..Awesome!!!!!!

the thing is that it may have tons of vitamins in it, but if u were to compare it to a pie chart there would be a tiny little sliver of each vitamin in that circle...unless there are as many pills as there are in a pak.

I have heard really bad things about Centrum, like the pills not even dissolving through the digestion process.  I believe that information came from a study that was done a while back on Centrum Silver.  IMO get Animal Pak, the stuff from Vit world, or GNC mega men.  I personally take mega men because it is very reasonably priced and only 2 pills/serving.  Obviously the 11 pill Animal pak should be better in theory, but that is an insane amount of pills.  I have friends that take Animal Pak and they do like it (besides the # of pills).

Im on my third .... bottle .. i guess you can say, i get the ones with 44 packs, and 11 pills dont bother me at all, I know im getting all the vitamins that are needed in bodybuilding, I could really see the difference, my body reacts better to weight lifting, and I dont look beatup all the time, as u used to.
You think girls look at what you lift...or what you lift it with?

You can get it cheaper online. I saw it for $18.00. From what I understand, if you can stand taking the 11 pills, this is one of the best vitamins.
