I am just getting back into working out and just looking for some good ideas. thanks, Silent IMO I would trash the fat burner and do that on your own with diet and exercise but for you knee, go back to the rehab exercises, some rehab plyometrics, the stuff they had you doing after care. ONce you have a knee issue, ankle issue etc you should never stop the injury prevention and conditioning or it hurts again!
