Immediatly post lifting.

Lifting max time goal is 45 minutes. 
Max combined lifting and cardio goal is 75 minutes!

Make sure your pre and especially your post work nutrition is dialed in!

If you normaly drink/take caffeine than the slight advantage from caffeine is nulified.

Cycle caffeine like you would any other stimulant, etc.

i dont drink any caffeine due to the lipo-6 anyway.

My pre workout nutrition is the gakic(40 min. pre workout)
Leukic (5 min pre workout)
Protein and a banana(15 min pre workout)

And my post workout is a protein shake (2scoops of 24 grams of protein) because i am done with the celltech.

since the 45 min time limit on a workout is caused by the drastic rise of cortisol, what about intra workout bcaa's and simple carbs? i heard they help block cortisol

This is true...the diminishing carbs and need to break down muscle for BCAA to turn to carbs is covered by the supplementation!

However, the prolonged "stress" still causes cortisol. 
Its part of our general make up...in case you happen to be battling a dinosaur...Smile

ladies and gentlemen gakic is now done.

My review for Gakic that i know u have been rating forSmile
it did exactly what it says except the immediate 10.5% increase in strength .

Instead of taking a long rest and waiting for the next set i was ready right away.  I was definitely able to workout longer and harder.  I was kinda depressed though because i expected more and am not sure if it was the gakic or leukic. and i now have developed stretch marks a little bit below the rear deltoid.  I gained about 4-6 pounds and my lats have come out of hiding, and i can kinda see my ribs (in a good way) when doing the double biceps and ab poses.  my bench did go up and am able to rep 185, 3 times.  Here is my progress

Ham curl, 40 now 50
dumbbell press, 50 now 60-65
tricep pull down, 150 now 165
incline fly, 40 now 55
decline fly, 40 now 50
Squat, 225 now 245  Smile
altdumbbell curl, 35 now 45
and if u have any ?'s feel free to ask.

I am not done with leukic so we'll see how it works

What would you guys think about a stack of Gakic/Leukic/Cellmass/Whey Protein

i have been doing my research for a while. Recently i bough some BSN True-Mass it tasted great and i had some reasonable gains with it but i kept on getting spots Smileso i decided to sell it. Do you guys know if you get any side effects with the stack i mentioned above?
