i have taken leukic and gakic, i thought they worked great, since then switched to a bsn stack, been on it about 3 weeks, it's not bad, but i think i'm going to go back to the gakic and leukic.

Creakic is just creatine mono with the (kic) delivary system muscletech likes to use on their premium products. Leukic is Leucine with (kic), there is no evidence supporting (kic) nor have I seen any benefits in any study EVER that show (kic) as better then straight arginine or straight leucine or creatine. I have done my research.

yes there are alot of people on this board with alot of questions but alot of it has to do with questions and that is good. BUT what I've seen in this thread is people buying products containing ingredients they do not comprehend. Questions are welcomed, but too many people think supps will build muscle for them and anything shy of a steroid/ph will not. It is up to you, with our help to find supps that benefit the needs of the body so it can grown, not throw "Muscle Enhancing Endo-Vaso 1 inch on biceps induction matrix" garbage at it.

Ok too many new people with too many questions.

I'll do my best to take it down

Protein: Post Workout a Whey protein is near essencial for bulking or retaining muscle mass. A Hydrolized protein is reccomended (EX. ON 100%, Cytosport Complete)

Creatine: A Natural Amino Acid both produced and consumed by the human body, increases ATP production thus giving muscle more energy (Any Creatine Monohydrate) Cellmass, Cell-Tech, Creakic, Cre-Alkalyn all overpriced and work the same as bulk Mono with less water retention. Save Cell-Tech which is just Creatine and 75g of sugar

Nitric Oxide: Increase vascular size and will add larger enlongated pumps (Gakic, Nitrix, Bulk L-Arginine, Citruline Malate, and many others)

Branch Chain amino acids: LEUCINE (LEUKIC), Valine, Isoleucine. Leucine while the most important of these 3 for muscle building requires the other 2 to maintain a healthy balance.

Leukic- LEUCINE with added chemicals, HYPE

Anator P70 "Gene Activator"- Leucine, Creatine, Phenylalanine - HYPE Leucine will help lift a bit, Creatine will inflate your size (1inch larger biceps in 30 days crap they say), Phenylalanine will inflate your mood thus making you "feel good".

Nitro-Tech: Whey protein concentrate, overhyped but still whey, though vastly unpure due to its small protein amount and large scoop size. Fine if you want to take it but nothing special

Cell-Tech: 5g of Creatine Mono, and 75g of sugar... too much sugar, too much hype, too overpriced.

Creakic: Specialized Creatine Mono formula with an added (kic) chain. Not hype, take if you want. Nothing Special.

Food, Whey, Creatine Mono, Vitamins, and mabey a NO product if you want are the only real KEYS to size gain.

man do I wish I were a mod on this board... the word really needs to be spread with that.

too many people with questions? any forum should be so lucky

For you to assess supplements without citing fact is ridiculous,  you call the (kic) ketoisocaproic acid calcium moiety of leukic gakic and creakic a "chemical" ... hype.  Please do some research prior to posting or giving advice.  Members here work hard in the gym and hard for their money and would be much better served than to read through your glossary of bs.

Leukic is an an amino acid conjugated with kic (see above) to stimulate muscle anabolism at the receptor level. Depending on the individual, results may vary.  Receptor mediated muscle growth is difficult to study and can vary from one subject to another.

Gakic, like leukic, combines two amino acids, glycine and arginine with -kic.  In theory, this compound will fight fatigue during intense muscular activity by combatting the effects of amonia buildup alowing subjects to lift harder and break through a plateau.

Above all, do your dilligence in researching what you are ingesting. Match your supplements to your training and track your progress.  Only then will we be able to determine the efficacy of these two interesting supp's.

imo all Muscletech products are:

1. overhyped
2. overpriced

and for rest of you who are on Leukic/Gakic or considering buying it. i would suggest open google and type 'gakic review' or 'leukic review' and dont just rely on 1 or 2 opinons presented here. u might be unpleasently surprised how many people had responded negatively about Muscletech products. After all everyone's body is unique, might work for some might not work for rest.

Smile

Not to be negative but im gonna be, any chance this is more a mental thing, I know I lift insanely hard when tryin new supplements and sometimes leads to me having false thoughts, now I know some supplements truley work but I jsut want to bring a counter argument to the table.

I'm not sayin its strictly age related, I know ive been super excited to take supps, been so pumped put in huge workouts etc, and people I got to try the supp had no luck, now I know these things theoretically work different in everyones bodies but this is jsut my thinking.  B/c my experience w/ muscletech is their products aren't but but severely overpriced.  Technically like stated above what they are really changing is the delivery system and not creating a whole new supplement, which is why im skeptical.

Yeah... I hear some propoganda of this product not working. From what i have seen it works excellent. I dont seperate my muscle workouts from day to day like most of you do, and that is probably your problems. I do circuit training and over a period of 2 months ive developed more dense muscle, more power, and more speed than ive had so far from working out. Circuit training is the best training imo for gaining muscle and overall strength and definition. Try it for yourselves and see how it turns out

Ever since I've started using supplements I've stuck w/BSN. Right now Im stacking Axis-HT, CellMass, and True-Mass. And debating to add NO Xplode and Nitrix to my stack. But lately Muscle-Tech has caught my eye. Mainly Leukic.. but also Gakic and NanoVapor. I've read what's been posted so far. But if anyone has any new info or knowledge to share about any of the 3, holla at me. lol Much appreciated.
