NOTE: This thread will be updated as more days progress.
First post as of 4 Workout days, 1 rest day
1st day, Friday, Feb 3: Very intense ab workout, abs felt stronger than ever, and did not quit, intensity stayed up, and my abs felt destroyed after words...3 days later they looked and felt great.
2nd day, Sat, Feb 4: Intense chest workout, felt amazing, weights were down per say, but this is almost 99% due to getting off creatine a week earlier along with taking a thermogenic fat burner (not currently taking), sets kept coming, and I kept pushing myself...solid workout.
3rd day, Sun, Feb 5: Bicep workout, pretty strong workout..not as good as I was when on creatine, but the biceps are such hard muscles to grow. However the workout altho with not as heavy of weights was intense, and i never felt like giving up, I even came to the point where I had to tell myself to quit in fear of overtraining.
Mon Feb 6th : off day, extreme headache, hopefully unrelated...most likely due to all day classes, and eye sight not so well, so I had alot of strain on my eyes...and the sun was out and beating hard. my opinion tottally unrelated to supplements. Leukic taken only in the AM, (3caps)
4th day, Feb 7: I just had my most
intense Lat workout ive ever had, and i still have energy, and my lats are absolutely destroyed. It felt great...SOLID solid workout(Tues) Def a plus for the supplements, maybe having more effect after a few days of use?
Cons thus far: Gakic tastes like crap. Ive developed a case of MuddButt, although this could alternately be because of increased protein intake, some of this
definitely has to do with one of the two supplements. Not sure which.
How im consuming the supplements: 3 leukic upon waking (i think 6 is harsh, so i split it), 6 before workout, and 3 before bedtime. (see how i split the morning and night?) recc: 6 caps per serving.
Gakic I mix with my current energy drink (Blast cycle) 20-30 min before workout. Not the best tasting.
I will try to update this thread as much as possible. Thank you.
