Lou ferrigno, as a perosn as much as a bodybuilder, is to this day a very humble person, who has triumphed over adversity. He was also a giant when he competed, 6,5 270.

no one will ever come close to the physiques of those guys....the physiques then and now are so different and its so obvious how unnatural the guys like ronnie and jay are its so stupid. and one day you guys will see me standing up there with the best without having to take pro hormones and/or steroids.
still got 6-8 years till my peak i cant wait! :)

Frank Zane was good but Serge Nubret had WAY better aesthetics and proportions IMO

Franco was a a$$, what kind of guy enters a strongman contest and foolishly runs with a frig on his back, breaks his leg and sues? shorty after that that sport was forced overseas where the americans disappeared for over a decade.
