Another week down and another pound :) I am feeling great and having fun at the gym! It is a treat to go to the gym since we do not subscribe to cable (I get to catch up on some long missed shows). Week 4 Current Weight: 181 (down from 185) Height: 5' 8.5" My Goal: Lose 20 lbs, gain muscle, and tone Date of Goal: 12/31/2003 So far it is has been a pound per week! Thanks for all of the help! You all rock!!

A pound a week is perfect! After about 6 weeks or so you may stall and need a tweak. Keep us posted:)

Will do! What is Leptigen btw? Also, when you stall, how do you determine what needs to be tweaked (diet or excersise) or is it trial and error?

There are many things that can be tweaked. Leptigen is a supplement revolution.

I was tested using digital calipers in 4 spots. I can' t remeber all spots so here are the ones I remember: my hip (where the love handles are), upper arm, and back.

Supra-iliac, arm and scapula. I hate to tell you this, but those are the sites for testing women. The Jackson Pollock 3 point for men is the stomach, chest, and quad. Also the digitals, from what I hear are not as accurate as the hand pressure, which also aren' t very accurate.

I just use calipers at home. It may not be the most accurate, but since I am always doing it, at least I can control consistency.
