Phersan, I also take : morning 1.5g of arginine, 3g bcaa, multivitamin, plus 1g vitamin c. I take the androtest 1 hr before workout. Directions say to take (1) before workout then (1) 8 hrs later. I take (2) before workout and thats it. Also preworkout I take 5g glutamaine and 2 scoops NO explode mixed with juice to spike my insulin. (not too happy with the explode!!) Postworkout immediately after 2 scoops cell tech (10grams creatine) mixed with water and 10g glutamine. Also take another vitamin C and (2) CLA. 30 mins before bed I take another 1.5 grams of arginine and (2) nore CLA. Alo eat every 2 hrs approx 250-300g protein a day and try to get in a gallon of water.

About the pct i will take something, still on the fence about what, have to look into it a bit more. I'm not sure if androtest reccomends it but I'm tricking my body into producing more Test im sur I'll need it

cops were losers in highschool but weren't smart enough to go to "school". since they were always powerless because of their loser status they go on a power trip when they get the least bit of authority. while this isn't true for all its true for most. i understand some are just doing what their told but most are ****s. im cool i can write in all caps so i look powerful, nope sorry you look a a cop/loser which is the same difference. because its so easy to become a cop the pay sucks so their jealous of others with nice things. if your young and have a nice car they screw with you because they wish they could be you. so what do i do when they tailgate me, when i see cars stopped at a light i maintain my speed until the last second and then brake. one time a cop had to drive up the curb to stop from rear ending me. he drove by me and i just smiled at him. it looked so pissed but what can he do, the @sshole was in the wrong. btw i have never been arrested and have no points on my license so dont say i dont like cops because im in trouble with the law. i have been pulled over three times, once for going 14 mph over. he was in a unmarked car and i told him i was lost and was looking to see what street i was on so i wasn't paying attention to my speed. my house was half a mile up the street but it doesn't match the address on my license so he bought it.

You know as a young man growing up in Cuba, I had to deal with mutherf**er cops all the time. Then when I moved to this country I am persecuted constantly because of my ethnicity. All these jacked up chemical filled shi*bag cops should all get peed on by their mothers. You should be lucky you live in a country where you can afford things like Androtest. I personally hate cops, but I have my reasons.
I was running to catch up to my friend at a highschool football game once. Then I got tackled all of the sudden and I tried to stand up then I get a foot on the back of my head pushing my face into the wonderfully tasty dirt. After that the other guy kicks my legs apart and starts "frisking me". then they preceeded to cuff me and bring me to the car after they took my applejuice. All that because they thought "I brought alchol onto the premises". The dicks should aske me before they tackle me and stomp on my head for possesion of juice.
Then one time I tripped going down t he stairs because my flip flop came off. So the guy takes me to his car (ok I will confess I wam a smartass). He asks me a bunch of questions and thinks I'm high. So he opens my backpack and starts serching through it(Iwas sleeping over at my friends house). Well he finds my Cr5 creatine which I put 6 of them in baggie so i wouldn't have to carry the bottle around. He insists it is osme kind of drug I've never heard of, and he takes me to the station where my mom had to come pick me up.

What exactly is "Flamming" now? Is is akin to "spamming" as in with false advertisements? I apologize for my ignorance of the term. It seems to try to stop the freedom of speech we have here in this country in general. If it is so what I think.

I hear that GregD. There is no way for anyone to know if someone is telling the truth or not. Therefore, I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I assume that everyone who posts is like me, with no interest in lying. When you accuse someone of lying based on a post, then you look like a fool. There are some strong dudes out there, and not everyone types in formal prose when they make a post. I have a friend that can bench 455 four times, so unless someone says that they did 10 reps of 800 then I have no grounds to accuse them of lying.
