the caffeine is your main problem for not sleeping, no-xplode doesn't/shouldn't cause insomnia..
are you taking caf pills or loads of energy drinks or what? i took caf pills for a while and it's really ****ed up my sleeping patterns, still after not taking them anymore.

I lived in a house with 4 other guys, i got them all on the bsn mass stack, using between 1.5-3 scoops of NO X, this was usually took around 5-6pm and no one had any problems and got full nights sleep. just work out hard, if you need to recover, you'll sleep

 Hey so far no explode is okay.... didnt sleep first night but guss i didnt know enough aBOUT IT ... seems to the key is after your workout drink at least 4 bottles of water dear park size to wipe the caffine out your system. same thing happenes to people who drink to much coffe. for the ****s....DONT SHAKE N.O. clearey says stir untill disovlved gives ya nice ****s withouts the hole diarea deal....Thats it For now..... PC

i love this product. Nothing but gains for me. Its actually increased my sex drive as well (is that possible)...my wife is the one getting no sleep, not me :)

i also work 3rd shift often (police officer), so if i take it in the evening, it just keeps me more JACKED and alert at night keeping my eye on the baddies, instead of coffee!
