I JUST WANT TO SAY TO EVERYONE. I HAVE BEEN READING THESE POST FOR SOME TIME NOW AND I HAVE JUST REGISTERED. I HAVE LEARNED ALOT SO FAR AND WANT TO CONTINUE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE AMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU GUYS HAVE AND LOOK FOWARD TO LEARNING MORE. I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR SEVERAL YAERS AND JUST GOT BACK TO HITTING THE WEIGHTS HARD AGAIN. I AM CURRENTLY 240LBS @ 6FEET. BENCH 405LBS MILITARY PRESS 225 FOR 10. AM TAKING OPTINUM GOLD SERIES PROTEIN, NO EXPLODE, AND CELL TECH. TRYING TO GET HUGE AND SUGGESTIONS?

Anyway, it seems like you have the basics down to be doing those kinda numbers. I'd suggest looking into your nutrition and sorting everything out... but I think you have somewhat of a good base on bodybuilding. As far as supplements... ON Gold Series protein and NO-Xplode are great products, but IMO muscletech overprices all their products including Cell-Tech. But hey, if it works for you... then use it, but I'd suggest giving another creatine a try and seeing if you get the same results for less money. Other products that I have heard good things from are CellMass(creatine ethyl ester technology) and Muscle Milk(great tasting product that is more than just protein). Good luck, hope that helped cause I dont have much else to say... I don't know what your training and nutrition are like, but I'm assuming you have something going for you that is working. Train, eat/supplement, rest... you should see results

MY NUTRITION IS I EAT 6 TO 8 TIMES A DAY, TRY TO GET AT LEAST 300-350 GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY AND A BUNCH OF CARBS. THINKING ABOUT TAKING GLUTAMAINE AND POSSIBLY SWITCHING CREATINE TO CELL MASS???
