Pass on all of the above. Even a can of coke sends me nuts. A couple of sips of Red Bull gives me heart palpitations.

My former roommate swears by Monster. I have tried No Fear and Omega.
Squat 385, Bench 235, Deadlift 450 @ 181.

None of them are very good for you lots of sugar and what not, red bull taste's the best tho

I love energy drinks and ya they may have a lot of sugar but most of them have some great antioxidants and vitamins in them. Rockstar is my personal favorite by taste and value. Monsters arent bad either. Von Dutch and Lost taste very similar, almost like a red bull. Red Line by far will get you the most jacked up though and cytomax is amazing to. If you really want to feel good while lifting or any athletic event though I would reccomend using Lifewave patches, the results are just crazy.

the only energy drinks i like are sobe, and this one orange one...180 something. i rearely drink them tho. i feel like im on crack or something when i drink a monster, those things are HUGE i always laugh when i see people with the like 1 liter monsters.

Sobe "No Fear" is the only energy drink I like, its the best bang for your buck
-20 -5'11 -165lbs -Bench -195 -Squat -250 -Set backs are just a set up to spring forward
