i've been taking xyience nox-cg3 for about 2 months. and i just LOVE it. i love how my arms feel more volumized soon after each scoop, and i like the fact that it has the top of the line creatines, arginines, and glutamines. life is so much better now thanks to xyience, lifting, ice hockey, and a decent diet honest to God, i think my muscle mass has almost doubled. bench has gone from 155 --> 225, 3 times dumbell curls: used to do 30lbs, 24 reps | now 50 lbs, 22 reps shoulder press (hammer strength): 90 lbs, 12 reps ---> 140, 10-12 reps overhead tri. extension: 80 lbs, 15 reps --> 120lbs, 20 reps

Just wondering if anyone is working out twice a day while using the Nox-CG3 and are you taking 4 scoops per day 2 before morning workout and 2 before evening workout, or should i stick just with the one serving per day?

Hey everyone. I am new here and had a few quick questions. I just started with supplements, and went into GNC to look for creatine, and was told that the best choice was NOX-CG3. Do oyu guys think that this is a good creatine supplement, or should I be using something else?

Nox-CG3 is where i get most of my creatine, the rest comes from the XM2 I take post workout. If you're just starting out then Nox-CG3 is good starting point. But, you need to read as much as you can about some of these sups and learn what each one can do for you. Don't forget about your diet and take that multi-vitamin. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbmainsupp.htm

Trying the NOX-CG3 for the 2nd day...its pump was as good as the Xplode but it taste like a VERP.
It's OK to live everyday as if it were your last, but LEARN everyday as if you were going to live forever! NOX-CG3, Nitrix, Axis-HT, Cellmass & Syntha-6 1st 6 Hour Bovine Colostrum Powder, Flax Oil Omega 3/6 & Sports Vitamins

Hellz yeah it taste nasty. I've never just eaten creatine or Glutamine alone so I can't imagine what that taste like. I can pick up the Nox online for $38 a tin. How does it compare with No Xplode now that the price has dropped?
