hi im new but i have a question. I play hockey and do a lot of organized fighting. I was thinking of trying out nox-cg3, as a way to gain muscle and endurance, but was unable to find any info on it. I have a weak stomach (from diseases) is there a chance that this product could jepordize my health. if i take this product for 1 or 2 months then quit, but continue to work out, will i lose everything i gained while i was on it.

Like it says on the nox-cg3 take it 30 min before workout, then take a serving of the protein shake in milk or water right after workout. I would take it with milk to get those extra carbs that your body craves post workout.
Aint nothing to It, but to do It.

I noticed it said 1 scoop serving size 30/60 servings but take 2 scoops.  Now my question is the 30/60.  Is it if u take 2 scoops you get 30 servings and 1 scoop you get 60?

you could lose the weight just as easily without it and it would be less expensive. you wouldnt experience any weight gain from the NOx-cg3 though .

95gtdriver, NOX has three different types of creatine in it. Creatine helps building muscle but also brings alittle bit of water to the muscles. So creatine does make you gain weight. Therfore wouldnt you gain weight from Nox?

ywa but the weight gain would be purely water weight not body weight. NOX-CG3 has that "blend" of creatine mainly because well it wants to say it has expensive creatine so it puts a hint of the expensive ones with delivary systems and loads it with mono. It is not bad as mono is also effective, but it is more prone to cause bloating and so on. Though it is also makes for a very deceptive and very overpriced move

I am now on my third week of using this stuff. All I can say is wow. Strength wise this stuff is amazing. Three weeks ago I was benching 285 for 5 reps. Now I am getting 9 reps with 285. Not too sure about size..i think i DID gain a tiny bit of water weight...maybe 2 or 3 pounds. Before I was 182..now im 185. Not sure though, could just be from eating more.

I've been taking Nox-cg3 and the results are sick. my first creatine ever and im really happy with it. i've never tried any others, but i'd reccomend it just based on what i've experienced.
