Hi I'm new here and want advice

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and am excited to have a bunch of other people who care about the same stuff to talk to. I am a 22 year old guy from Saskatchewan, Canada. I started going to the gym casually around July this year and really enjoyed lifting weights and doing some treadmill work. I slacked off a bit and haven't gone in a few months. I want to make it my New Years resolution to get quite well built and feel very healthy. I know a lot of people say this, but I just want to let you know that I am VERY serious about this and do not want to screw it up. When I was going to the gym before I lost about 8 or 9 pounds in two weeks and i could feel and see a difference already. I am 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. I would like to get a good build, not Arnold out of Predator big, but something close to Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity. There are some general things though that I would like to know: -Should I start using supplement pills? -Is it better to eat light meals many times a day to increase my metabolism or eat a few big meals? I have also heard that body builders should eat many large meals a day, is this true? -What is the #1 thing I can do to help keep my motivation up and now quit?

As far as gettin as big as Arnold, thats like a one in 10 million chance that it would happen, even if you tried your hardest for years usin anabolic steroids. As far as supplement....I would suggest some whey protein post workout Yes 5-7 small meals a day is better than 2-3 large meals you should be able to stay motivated when you see results and when your muscles get stronger
"BF STAK" Body Fortress: Creatine Punch, Whey, Glutamine, Super Nos Pump GNC PM Protein, Dymatize Xpand

If you are interested in supplements check out our supplements forums on here. There are many difren't supplements out there and i think protein is the most important. I never realized before but you can get supplements cheaper on the internet. Marc has a good site to go to. I think your new years resolution is awsome. Just keep it up and never quit, and you will see results!
