hey homies i see all yall puttin up posts about how much u weigh and ur height and ur max lifts,but this is a bodybuildin site not a powerliftin one so i was wonderin whats all ur chest measurements and weights.im 143lbs and have a 42in. chest.what about yall?

wrap the tape measure around yourself at the chest area, the perimeter of it as it were.

arny had a 57 inch chest, although and its ashame to say, compared to some of todays BBers, arny is actually very small, he was 235lbs but some guys get into the 350's now, makes you wonder if arny was totally natural given new BBers have such amazing gains beating arny into oblivion, youre 6'3" too so that helps with chest size, keep up the BBing man!

why doesn't everyone list there height, weight and chest measurement? Because theres guys on here that are lighter then me and have chests that are like 4 inches bigger and it don't make sense unless they are alot shorter.
