Time spent? - Wednesday, December 07, 2005 8:02 AM
I just got back from the gym. And for the first time I watched how long I spent in the gym. you guys are talking about spending like 3 hours a day. I live in a rurual community so the Y had two people there and they were over 65. So the whole place was mine. I worked on the bench, curls, and cable cross-overs(top and bottom) and I spent a whopping 40 mins in the gym! I'm dog tired and my hands are shaking, hard to type. but what am I doing wrong? ne thing? Maybe its because I'm just starting out I dont know?

I'd only spend 3 hours in the gym if I was getting paid for it.

I'm a 60 min or less.  Workout hard!  Be done.  No marathon sessions for me.
