a buddy of mine who was the former Mr. Belgium used it. I started taking it and it worked well, but I ran out a while back and just havent bought any more. Maybe I should..

I tried HMB but didn't keep it up long enough to say whether it helped. The literature I have read stated that experienced athletes didn't realize the benefits like beginners. How the article defined "experienced" leaves some interpretation. Olympic? Professional? Gym Rat?
