Spike

Has anybody tried this, I just took it for the first time, I dont know if it was a placebo, or not, it was a miracle to good to be true (no joke) I usually  bench 235 for 4 reps, I threw it up 9 times, I still felt like I could do it more, I stopped because I was so amazed! I thought I had to have the wrong amount of weight, but I didnt. I worked out with heavier weight than ever before for about a hour and half intensely, till I finally gave out. This is crazy, Im pumped, and excited, the best workout of my life. lemme know summtin, I got the free sample, thinkin it wasnt gonna do much, im think Im gonna buy a bottle now.

Is it just an energy pill? I kinda looks more like hype than spike, but if it works it works let me know about results guys.

Just curious, but this stuff sounds unreal almost...Does anyone know of any side effects that may appear from this type of stuff?  Im wondering if later on in life there may be any problems i guess, this stuff increases your brain processing right?

I doubt there are any long term side-effects(highly doubt). No, it does not increase mental processing it supposibly helps you get and maintain focus like all energy supp's say they do which I have never noticed any increase in focus.

its 50 tabs for 40 dollars on tht website just incase anybodys interested in knowing that (recommended 1-2 tabs a day) and says dont exceed 3

I thought it was freat.  I did cardio with it and it was one of the best sessions i have ever had.

so I finally got around to poppin another spike, and I had a good workout, but unfortunally it wasnt near as good as the first time I popped a spike. I could tell a difference, but I felt like I wasn't focused or motivated, near as the first time. lemme know bout yall's experience, yep, out!

i thought spike totally sucked ass.  It contains some altered thiamine molecule plus caffiene.  This product wouldnt be so bad if it didnt have caffiene.  I bought some sample packets from GNC, and all it felt like was i was taking caffiene.  Caffiene gives you that initial energy rush and then i totally crash.  DIfferent people react to spike differently.  FOr me, it didnt work, and i think it sucks.  Try it first before you buy it.  My recommendation is that if you want something that increases your concentration, there is a simple supplement called L-THEANINE.  This is an amino acid found in green tea which increases your concentration in the CNS by producing alpha waves.  Price $10

Those were my thoughts on it too. I also got a sample pack and I think its a caffiene pill with some X-treme marketing attached.

I just got my free sample of Spike. I’m going to give it a try later today when I hit the gym. I have a cold and my legs ache like a ****from Wednesday’s quad/ham workout so I need a little punch.  Going to try one pill first and see if that’s enough, if so I will get eight workouts from this sample. We will see.

Yah same with me. SPIKE SUCKS.

I previously got my sample from GNC with a coupon out a magazine, they gave me a pack with 2 pills.
 
I just got my free sample in the mail today and they gave me 4 sample packs a total of 8 pills, and a large sticker.

I have no effect at all with Spike. Your better off drinking 2 cups of black coffee before you workout. It works for me.

exactly...spike = overpriced caffine.  i'll just drink a red bull.
 
i shoudln't really say that because i dont know what is in spike..but i still think its crap.

Well it actually works good for me if I take it 90-120 min. before workout, I took it 15 min. before a workout once and It didnt do Nthing. But apparentley it didnt do much for yall if most everybody is callin it crap. Then again what works for one of you might not work for me.[sm=superman.gif]
