you may already have a six pack, the only trouble is its covered by fat. cardio is key, you could have the strongest abs in the world but if their covered by your gut then whats the point.

Like most people ill recommend the search bar before anything for ab workout tips and such things.  Doing plenty of cardio is defiintely a key element in losing that fat around the stomach and eating the right things.  I can see my top layer of abs while resting and even more when I tighten em.  Make sure to do plenty of exercises focusing on your lower abs and make sure your targeting your obliques as well.  Search bar will give u tons of info though.

i think calorie intake is the key, more then cardio, while cardio is crucial and should also be done, caloric intake will make the most difference,... i had no visible sigsn of a six pack, and i was very active, i ran 3-4 times a week, and lifted, then when i changed my diet, it was almost instant, first the gut slowly went away, then a line down my stomach appeared, and now when i flex i got the 4.5 pack.....lol, almost there! if you want a six pack, you better start cutting your calories because im sure your eating too much, i was eating over 3500 a day i had realized, then cut down to around 2300, and noticed the differnce i described in around a month or so.
