Whats the deal withanimal stack? is it any good? It supposedly has prohormones, so shouldnt it be banned?

I was under the impression that it was banned? I thought that was the reason they came out with the Animal Stak 2 and eliminated some ingredient(s).

that's a good question though cause even the stak 2 sounds like a pro hormone. I guess it's all natural. Anyone else?

Yeah I've always just steared away from pro-horomones mainly cause I'm still fairly young, but I doubt I will ever take them just not something I'm messing with. I've only heard good things about the animal stak(and II).

Well i cant tell you how it makes me feel, since i dont feel any difference, however before when i didnt take any vitamins and trained hard, my nose used to bleed very often, now, it doesnt happen. P.S. Blitz....Animal Pack is illegal in Can.?

I have been using animal stack for about two weeks now and I believe it is the best multi I have taken. When I first opened the container I thought I was going to puke from the smell. Anyway I took it as directed one pak a day 30min after pre workout meal. You can actually feel this vitamin working, energy increase within 1/2hr. The few bad things are so many pills, the cost of the product, and the radioactive looking urine. The results are definitly worth taking 11 pills. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. Also I am pretty sure animal stack is not a pH Cambece

Neither Animal Pak nor Stak2 are very expensive if you know where to get them. I pay $18.50 for Pak and $24.95 for Stak2, + $6.99 shipping of course.

Is that 18.50 for the 44 pak or the 15 pak. I was also comparing the price towards other multis. You get 44 servings in animal pak for say 18.50 but you could get 60 servings for 7.00 of High power one a days. Of course I believe you get what you pay for so it is worth the extra for me. By the way where do you buy animal pak from I pay like 22.00 + 5 for shipping. Cambece

That’s $18.50 for 44 packs. Check these guys out. I hope Supp101 doesn’t mind if I post a link to the competition. Here is a link to the Universal page on that site.

What the heck is the difference between Animal Stack 2 and Animal M Stack? The only thing I noticed is that one has an NO booster and the other has some thermogenics, so I'm assuming they're _not_ supposed to be taken together... anyone know which is more effective overall? Thanks, -Jae

Hey thanks for the heads up. I'm guessing that besides protien & maybe some EFA's, there's nothing else I should be taking if stacking all this stuff right? It's got all the aminos and vitamins and such, yes? Thanks,

Animal Pak would cover your vitamin needs; it also has a small amount of aminos. If you’re eating enough protein you shouldn’t need to supplement any extra Aminos. If you’re on a cut you may want to use an Amino Acid supplement, but both Stak2 and M-Stak are mass builders so they are better used while bulking.
