ORIGINAL: wicked121 i was just wonderin if it was any good i use theyre pump tech and nitro tech but dont want to waste 80 bucks if it doesnt work im at a stuck point and wonder if itll help give me a push over it For 80 bucks you could get some great nutrition that will help you push beyond your plateau. Nutrition will give you better results than any supplement. Their products are over priced any ways....

What foods are in your daily diet? Can you list a full days worth of what you ate?

yeah it looks good. I'd drop the bacon and the vending machine food (chips, donuts, processed loose meat sandwiches, etc). Every once in a while is okay. Perhaps your plateau is natural as you have gained 150 lbs to your bench, 95lbs to incline and 100lbs to shoulder press in 8 months. That's a short time for these gains. Your short term gains could becoming to a halt and now its time for stability and longevity. When was the last time you took a break or switched up your routine?

hey chief i admire your hardwork people say the roids thing bc they are jealous dont let it get to you i might change to a strength trainin workout for a couple of wks or continue on till your break and then come back with a strength session that is my opinion
If weightlifting was easy, everyone would do it You gotta lift BIG, to get BIG Doesn't matter how much you lift but how you lift it
