If you want to be a bodybuilder i would drop the alcohol out of your diet but i dont think the alcohol would effect the supplements any.

As my man Corso would say not so fast my friend. I agree alcohol is bad for you(thats obvious). But I would say as long as your not an alcoholic it shouldnt effect what your trying to do unless you are wanting to be a competitive bodybuilder. Does it mess with your supplements? Sure, a little but most likely you are drinking on the weekends or maybe even during the week but I assume it would be late at night. By then your supplements should have already done their job. That comment may stir should people up on here. Lets just look at the fact that most of us are young adults and right or wrong alcohol is going to be a part of our lives. I didn't drink an ounce of alcohol for over a year while I was training and now that I am I haven't seen a major difference. If anything I've gotten stronger and bigger, although I'm not crediting that to alcohol just to being a hardworker in the gym and eating a lot of protein. Pretty much what I'm trying to say is that a lot of people will try to say that if your drinking at all you're wasting your time in the weight room but its completely untrue. Well, I just had to state my point in this fun little debate.
