Well im in 10th grade. I did not play football in 9th grade. Im a pretty big guy like 190 lol, but i dont look fat. Last time i worked out was like 5 months ago... I bench 170, squat or how ever its spelled 295, curl 80 this is all i ever attempted. But now when i tried 165 i could not do nothing lol or even squat 295 only 245 and curl 70 -.- lol. But i stopped going to conditioning when i got a 2 - 3in cut on the bottom of my foot. I was out for the ending season and the start of this one.
Now i couldn't excercise or nothign so i gained a little but i dont look fat lol.
Now when i tried to run outside... i got tired easily and football season ends on October 20th and restarts i believe in Novemember. So what im asking is... Should i work out hard and do alot of excerise on my legs? Like riding a bike for a bit and joggin around.
Do you think i can get back into the mode where i can atleast finish the practices and make it to a game? I dont care if i play or not but feeling accomplished will make me happy.
So what do you think i should do people? I got like 1 - 2 months...
