Also you can see there are TWO kinds of protein shakes,
1. SportsPharma Low Carb Shake
2. 100% whey

I dont know which one is better, i just got 100% whey, because ive heard some great things about it.

But when i comes to price, SportPharma Whey coast me $20 for 6lb.
                       and 100% Whey was $25 for 5lb.

ON 100% Whey has more whey protein isolate and amino acids than SportsPharma.

I've used many protein supplements and so far, 100% whey by ON is the best I've come across in terms of results and taste. I would definately stick with this.

Also, I started taking SCT FIT's kre-alklyn creatine capsules. So far, This creatine supplement has worked great for me, when comapred to the others i've taken. Might want to give this a shot too.

No I don't, though I've been meaning to buy one for some time now. Multivitamins completely slipped my mind, If I were to rephrase I'd say whey and multivitamins.

Jesse, get Animal Pak as your multi-V, it has a few things that most multi-v's don't have, and its not that expensive... and apparently you feel enegized after taking it

So you're reccomending I get something that you've never tried yourself?

I'm pretty skeptic of the animal pak company in general. Their articles are romanced to appeal to a weightlifter's mindset, but the actual advice in lots of them is absolutely tragic, which reflects poorly on their product. If the quality of their products is as good as the quality of the advice in their articles I'd want nothing to do with them. As for the products, they're expensive (works out to 60$ canadian a month for a vitamin), and taking 11 pills a day seems to be taking it too far, at least for me. Too be honest most of the guys in their pictures do probably take their stacks, but they also probably do steroids (The real reason for the akwardly gigantic trunks of legs the guy has on the first page).

I've heard pretty good things about ISS Research Super Vitamin Paks.  It's half the price of Animal Pak.

I think you went the other way... the US Dollar is greater than the Canadian Dollar... thus you need more canadian dollars to buy american dollars.

CAN$210 = US$178 and some change

25$ American so about 35ish canadian is much more affordable. Wonder how much shipping is to Canada. I'll definitely think about it, but the 11 tablets thing is a major turn off.

Oh **** you're right. I'm so used to automatically converting american to canadian in my mind. Thanks for catching that
