hi, i am 42, 5ft 7inches, weighing 78 kgs with reasonably good body. doing weights for 2yrs. can u suggest some safe fat burners w/o screwing up my liver and kidneys. does tofu elevate estrogen levels and increase fat levels, being vegetarian i rely mostly on tofu for protiens in addition to whey. can i still have soya products w/o hesitation. weight lifting leads to hernia, is this a myth.what r the best precautions. pl advise me.

The best fat burner on the market today is called Hot Rox, and is made by a company called bio test. but if u don't eat good, and small portions 5-6 times per day, don't even bother. I am going to go on this 2 months before next summer to get ripped.

I dont know of any supplements to lose weight and usually they just suck water out of you, so you lose weight, but through water Hernias can happen during weightlifting broken bones can happen during weightlifting death can happen during weightlifting In general doing weights is dangerous But as long as you dont stack on craploads of weight, keep weights you are comfortable but still pushing for training, and using correct form, and you shouldn't get injury... But saying that theres always one day when you go off balance during a deadlift or something and can lead to injury etc theres no true way to protect yourself from injury 100% in weightlifting but them 3 things above will minimise it a LOT As long as the foods you eat dont have excess amounts of carbs, or fats-you will be fine if you want to lose weight just do some cardio and cutting weight exercises

I don't agree with u twisted link on the fat burners. They don't shed water weight, because there is a seperate product made by the supplement companies specifically for water weight shedding. ie. SAN shredded, vs. San tight which is a fat burner. I had a friend take Thermo gain from Muscletech, and i got him the stuff for free, it was a 3 week supply and he lost 13 lbs or so, and apparently his old pants fit him now. There is no way he had 13 lbs of water in him, that would be insane. Read up on the product hot rox and tell me what u think. My friend also said it sped up his metabolism cause he was hungry all the time while on the fat burner.
