Would it ruin the food/shakes if I put whey powder in?
Someone always has to write on the walls "Mike was here". But then someone else puts an arrow and it says "Mike is a ****got". So Mike comes back to check it out, "What the hell?! I was here but not as a ****got!" -Dane Cook

they all look awesome! Try this i've just started making this stuff and it's GOLD as i'm dieting for comp on a low carb diet and i can eat 150g of this a day! Grab a jar of peanut butter Scoop it out into a bowl and add 100-150ml of flax oil, 1-3 scoops of a choc or vanilla or cookies and cream protein powder and about 10-15g of cinamon sugar. Mix it all up well and then chuck it in the fridge. You now have SUPER BUTTER!!!!! You can add creatine, glutamine oats or whatever will PUMP it up just add up all the ingredients and figure out the grams of fat/protein/carbs for each 100g you basically dictate the levels you want. For me it's about 60g fat/30g prot/10g carb. Its all good fats too! Spoon it chuck it in shakes or spread it!

Interesting, I have always made my protein shakes plain, with nothing added to them, I may have to try something new and see how it shakes up ...

doesn't seem very good. Sure David1991, you can drink your creamy peanut butter smoothies and get sluggish, but I'll be drinking my energy boost smoothie and be working out 10 times harder.
