bodybuilding routine - Sunday, August 14, 2005 7:43 AM ( #1 )
I'm 21 and have been flat out training for the past 6 months
I'm now looking for books containing routines and info on
how to work on specific muscle groups
- can anyone recomend any good books for someone in
my position?

I may not be able to recommend any books but i'd sure as hell recommend to sift through threads on this site and look up google for anything aswell.
To train or not to train; to train is the answer - because if you aim for nothing, you'll hit it everytime.

Ive havent read this whole book, but it does go into length about working each muscle in bb.  Its pretty good, its a huge book which goes on about diet, excersize, energy, fat loss, and so on.  Its called"The new encyclopedia of modern bobybuilding" by the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger.  Its about 25 bucks, and i think its a great book.

Talk to MDA1125 about his ebook, "top 12 begginners mistakes, revealed", although i have not read it, he is a very knowledgable source and would help u get the basics of a bodybuilding routine down.

I was seeing fantastic overall results--and quickly--using hypertrophy specific training...UNTIL I got to the 2nd week of the 5 rep cycle, when I tore a muscle. Alas.
