I have been reading that if I want to bulk up I have to stop doing cardio, but does this mean I cant do cardio to devlope my abs. Do I have to work on my whole body and gain mass then work on making my abs more visible by doing cardio and eatting healthy. Please I need help

Bulking up doesn't mean eating unhealthy, just eating more quantity of the foods you normally ate... YES, Bulk up and work abs, don't do the cardio, your abs will grow big like the rest of muscles during the bulk, and when you next do a cut, the abs will show easier and much better!

So I should still eat a lot (healthy of course) and continue my current workout with no cardio and my % body fat will go down gradually without any cardio?

Once again YOU CAN NOT LOOSE FAT ON ONE SPOT ONLY, if u loose fat, it will go away proportionaly, that means whole body...not only abdominal fat.
You think girls look at what you lift...or what you lift it with?
