Basketball - Thursday, August 04, 2005 5:22 AM
I play basketball atleast 3 times a week, and it's been making me lot healthier and fitter than I was when i started, anyway, as some of you might know basketball is a physical sport, and I want to know if  t's possible to get a bigger chest with just weight hantles (dunno what they're called as english isn't my native language, but you get the picture), and if anyone have some tips on what i should train on, please tell me and tell me if you know how I should train it

bodybuilding is life

well it is nice to know you play a sport but i don't like basketball much.  it isn't too physical like football or baseball ( when batting)  but it is great cardio and your stamina should rise.

I like basketball and play it with friends abit.
I also don't think it's that physical, because I also play ice hockey, and that is about as tough as it gets.
But I know what you mean, because with a stronger chest, you can throw further and harder.

I would bench press and do other things like bicep curl, hammer curl and do some ab workouts
