dear friends, I am using the Phentermine Diet Pills for reducing the weight. I reduce my weight up to 20 pounds,Now at present i gained the previous physical appearance and physical fitness. Now i am not taking the Diet Pills.Its really true that after leaving Diet Pills obesity again attacked in my physical appearance. plz suggest me any one ASAP. bye sandy sags

What about your diet?
See, that's proof that diet pills and fade diets don't work long term.
You need to make a lifestyle change and eat healthy forever. I'm not talking about going on atkins or something stupid like that forever. Just eat healthy and stay in your calorie limit.
I lost 90 lbs 2 year ago and I didn't go on any diet. Just changed my lifestyle and eat healthy. Not pills required.

You will never lose weight just by using pills. you must eat healthy, and workout. There are no exceptions.
I've lifted millions of pounds, 12 ounces at a time.
