gyno or chest fat???!!!

what is the difference between gyno and chest fat? and i wanna know which one i have, any special exams for that??

gynomastia, is where someone goes on steroids or pro hormones, which screw up your hormones and build excess nipple fat. I think it may be because the incresed hormone levels convert to estrogen somehow and try to build female breasts. If you took something like i mentioned, you may have gynomastia, if not, it is likely because you have high fat levels. Look at someone who is chubby, they have perogy nipples because of the high fat there body has.

Thats not quite true. Gynecomastia can actually be a normal physiological phenomenon in upto 40% of adolescent males going through puberty, you dont have to be on steroids or pro-hormones to get gyno. In most guys who get this, it usually resolves itself over the next 2-3 years or so, without the person having to do anything. Unfortunately, this is not always the case, and some people are left with traces of gyno well after theyve finished going through puberty.
 

Lynx is correct. You do not need to be using anabolics to develop gyno.

You can check with your family physician and he/she will be able to tell you if its gyno. If it is gyno he/she will ask about drugs, and since you are not on anabolic drugs(im assuming), he/she will tell you to just leave it be.

In that case you could try to get some Nolva(tamoxifen) which is illegal and the gyno will be gone within a week or two. This i know because a friend of mine had the problem.
