Hey whats up this year marks the dawn of my senior year of football, and with the level of intensity rising so must I. I want to be on the kickoff team, in the position of wedge breaker. Im not afraid at all to hit anyone as hard as I can but i Do have one problem...How do I get my slow twitch muscles to get faster so I can get moving? I got plenty of room in my backyard, and I have been doing dead sprints on grass as well as on the turf...Anyone please give me a series of exersices to give me that attacking sprint!
