Logged on tonight and started adding some of the stuff I'm doing for this new 30 Day program. I gotta say it's an amazing site. Very easy to use. Nice and quick entries. Good reporting features and such. I'm wondering if there is someway I can printout a workout.. and take the paper to the gym and fill it out and enter it later? If I know the workout I will be doing of course. Maybe a saved workout? I'm very impressed with the functionality of this site. Always have been.. and that is why I support it.

Right now, you have to save a workout, then head over to the "my printouts" and from there you can printout a workout. There are options to list your max lifts for those exercises as well as listing your last workout.

Workout Generator has been launched. You choose the body groups, which equipment to use, how many exercises and the generator will do the rest. The Workout Generator has over 275 exercises to choose from, so each generated workout is unique.

Added a workout library and added a photos section. You can upload your bodybuilding posing photos now.

Does everything get flushed out at the end of the year? Because, for some reason i can't seem to find a link to access my december workouts?

Sorry for the late reply. No it doesnt get flushed or archived. I have thought about this for a while and currently there is a work around for this but not a direct link. I will put this higher on the list of things to do. If you click on another month, then on the current month, you will see a complete list of all workouts that you have entered for that month instead of just that year. I will add a "view all" link soon.

Great tool, but there is one thing that I would find useful. Right now before I workout, I've used the tools to display my history at each exercise I am going to do. I don't work out in the same room as my computer, so I print off the exercises. The problem is I can only view one exercise at a time. So I end up opening an excel report for each exercise and cutting and pasting each one into a master report. Then I print that off. It would be extremely convienent to select multiple exercises and then have them all report to a single excel or pdf file.
