These pancakes are my own creation....enjoy

1/2 cup wheat flour
2 egg whites
1/3 cup 2% milk
14g(1/2 oz or 1/2 scoop of scooper that comes in protein mix) Wheat Bran
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 banana


Mash banana in bowl.
Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
Add wheat flour, wheat bran, baking soda and banana to the bowl with eggs, milk and vanilla, and whisk until fully mixed and smooth.
You may need to add a small amount of water it it's too thick. Just add water until you reach desired thickness.
Let sit for a couple of minutes then cook on griddle or skillet like you do normally with pancakes.


Makes 2-3 servings.

Nutritional info for entire batch. So don’t eat the whole thing!!!

You can sub 2% milk for non-fat milk.

Instead of butter between pancakes, use yogurt or peanut butter.
Instead of syrup, use sugar free syrup or mashed black berries, blue berries, or other berries.
