Hey there, I want to know which exercises are considered best to train abs Some people say that the traditional military type of situp is good enough with some leg raises, where others talk about hundred' s of types of crunches and crap. Which type should I focus on? I' m also starting to get a gut, I think its a beer gut, small but noticable... a bit of fat... Whats the most effective way of burning it? Cycling? Running? Thanks alot

Most people seem to agree that weighted incline situps are best. Try using a fat burner to get rid of the extra baggage. Cycle it though. Once you get the results you desire, go off it. No need to stay on it and let your body become accostomed to it. What' s your workout like? Intensity and such? Sounds like you don' t need the amount of calories you are taking in.
