I have been doing this every nite Mon-Fri along with my normal routine (Mon=chest, tue=shoulder, wed=legs, thur=arms, fri=back) Crunches 3 - 10 Dual Crunches 3 - 10 Torso Twists 3 - 10 Low Leg raises 2 - 10 Jack-Kinives 2 - 10 Knee Ups 2 - 10 Extensions 2 - 10 What do ya's think? I am thinking of upgrading though to a new more advanced routine a magazine i have. Hey man Honestly thats too much your not allowing your body the rest it desperately needs. If your going to do something that extreme (yes its extreme to me because I only do one exercise for abs) Then do it max 3 times a week and even once or twice would work well. When you go balls to the wall with any body part you should allow at least 48 hrs to recover basically M - W - F split is best to allow you to recover and after 6 weeks drop it down to twice a week and see how that works for ya! The exercise I do is Trunk Curls they hit all major muscles and work really well for me try them out! Natural Muscle

HAY WHAT DO YALL THING ABOUT THE BOWFLEX I HAVE ONE AND BEEN USEING IT FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS AND WEN I STARED I WAS AT 155-157 AND NOW IAM AT 151-153 AND IAM STARING TO GET A LITLE OF A 6 PAC DO YALL THINK IT WILL WORK

What kind of equipment from bowflex are you talking about exactly?
