Hmmm, I like the workout posted but what about instead of having each day a different group, splitting it into 3 workouts throughout the week, with a rest day in-between?I always thought that it was important for adequate rest in-between each workout. 8pack's idea though is fantastic and really focuses on getting what every man wants, mass. I know I'll definately try 8packs routine. Although as a note to everybody here. Beacuse as teenagers we mature in different ways and different paces, not all workouts will achieve the same results that they did for someone else. Its important to read, try, learn and then create your own workout.

andrewfox not all workouts will achieve the same results that they did for someone else. Its important to read, try, learn and then create your own workout. This is the quote of the week. Great advice. True all the way. Listen, Learn, then listen to your own body and do as what you see is best for your body. But then again, dont rush this procedure, takes years of knowledge.
