changing the subject a little, how can i get my lower abs HUGE !!! well abs in general.

Lower abs are achieved by doing leg raises. One of the great exercises is to hang on a bar and then raise your legs 90 degress, do it how many times you can or need to.
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts!

I'm also interested and I have some questions. I can't eat 4-6 meals a day with school in the way, 3 tops. I can though go 3 times a week to do cardio in between my workouts, what is the best exercise or cardio to burn fat? Running, walking up the stairs, swimming, cycling or those fat burning classes?

do whatever you feel more comfortable with and which you can withstand longer. I do a little running but i cant run that long. So i do alot of time on the stationed bicycle. my legs are strong, i can go a good 30-45 minutes on a pretty hardcore setting, gets me sweating and burning fat.

Im not as smart as 8-pack, here are the exercises i do for an ab routine

1.  Upper abs-
Butterfly crunches- 3x20-30
Standard Crunches- 3x20-30
Weighted crunches- 3x20 (should use enough weight to go to failure or close to it)
2. Obliques
Air Bike Crossover Crunches(Bicycles)- 2x40
3. Lower Abs
Weighted Leg Raises 3x10-20
Six Inches 2- Hold for as long as possible
Double Crunches- 3x20 (works both upper and lower abs)
Hanging leg raises- 2x10-15 (These things are so hard to do)

Also to make your abs look huge you need a low body fat, to get this do what 8-pack said for cutting. Hope this helps
