viatamins...?

Have a question about viatamins... What should I be taking, if any? I hear people saying that you need viatamins and all that stuff to stay healthy, and all that, but how do I know which ones to take or buy? I'm a little confused about this.

Just a generic, daily multi-vitamin that you can get at Costco will work just fine. Nothing fancy.

dont forgo the basics (vitamins, minerals, water, fiber, etc)

As others said. Any basic Vitamin should do. Don't follow any hype like "Time Released" or anything like that... they are all pretty much the same. Just find a cheap one in a capsule form (easier to swallow).

Utrition makes an interesting liquid multi-vitamin that actually tastes pretty good. Since it's a liquid they claim your body can more easily absoarb it. I'm sure that's true but it shouldn't make much of a difference. Cool though to poor it into a shot glass every morning and take a shot before leaving for work.
