i am preparing for a bodybuilding show real soon...i need help with the pacifics on how to cut water. i am 147lbs competeing in bantam weight class(0-143lbs). like how do i get sodium in my water? how much do u use? do i need to do cardio or hit the sauna?how much sodium water do i load how far out. if some one could give me a Sun-Sat it would help. and any extra info would greatly be aknowledged.
