I got a ready to mix pancake mix, were you just add water and shake in the bottle, then added two scoops of vanilla whey.

and then i kept adding a touch more water at a time until it was smooth.

now i live in Britain, so it was called, Betty Crocker's Pancake mix, which is in Asda n Sainsburys, but im sure its pretty universal. and my whey is off myprotein.co.uk

it made 6 large pancakes, and at the end of the day, its not like there was a tremendous amount of crap in it. and the best thing is, they tasted so good, you didnt need to put anything on them!!
very quick too.

Protein pancakes are pretty awesome, I use the whole wheat stuff though. The right protein powder adds enough flavor you don't really need anything on it, though I still put butter on mine whenever I do make them :P
