Keto Diet allows muscle gain?

Hello,
 
I am trying to build some lean muscle in the gym lifting weights and swimming. My weight is perfect for my height but I need to buil muscle and lose belly fat. My body fat is 16%.
 
Will Keto Diet allow me to gain the muscle that I want and lose the fat from my belly that I have?
 
Also are the dangers stated here something to worry about?

yes you could pretty much keep your weight cut your extra fat while gaining some muscle if you do a CKD or a TKD...as for the dangers of the diet its never gonna be as dangerous as eating processed food, its just a dit man dont worry about it if anything happens then just stop it personnally keto was the best it made me feel incredibly good
