I just registered and became a member of the board today =) I have been checking it out, and it appears there is a wealth of information already posted that I will have to go and read all I can. A basic intro of myself........I'm 23 and work in tech support for a software company in Omaha, Ne. I've been lifting since I was about 16. I lifted alot in high school, then went to college where it all went to crap in a matter of 18 months, and now I have been back into it for 6 months or so. So I thought I'd just drop by and introduce myself. I'm sure you'll see more of me very soon though.

Nazarah: Welcome. Just don't shorten your nickname to Naz. We have a Nav and that's too close for comfort. Stick around for awhile and you fill find out what I mean. Lots of great stuff here. Enjoy.
