Back head pains

I am getting SEVERE back head pains froms strenous activities such as sex, lifting, or escalated heart pressure. It just started recently after doing too heavy on skull crushers.
Any suggestions? (i have been icing and using motrin for past 2 days) ... and just had sex and it came on really strong

Back of the head only...not starting in my neck. It feels like a severe headache that starts at the back of my head and throbs outwards towards the sides and upwards, but not reaching the top of my head. It dies down VERY slowly, and even now i feel some of it. It only comes on through activity that requires me to somewat squeeze my neck.

have you checked your blood pressure?
There is a form of migraine you can get in the back of your head....
I forget what its called but I know it has to do with you basilar artery..sounds serious but isnt. Just a migraine in the back of your head.
But if your pain is only coming on thru strenuous exercise and sex..go to your doc and get your blood pressure checked.
