You know Decline Shoulder Press. You lay on a decline bench upside down and lift the barbell over your head.

You guys don't do this? I thought everyone does this.

You know Decline Shoulder Press. You lay on a decline bench upside down and lift the barbell over your head.

You guys don't do this? I thought everyone does this.

you will eventually have to do barbell, because dumbells can only go up so high.
