Yo soccerking not because you're getting a pt certification gives you the right to say what's right or wrong

I'd rather listen to what Mr Rippetoe has to say about squats than you

Powerlifters and oly lifters, their knees go slightly beyond their toes while squatting. I say it is perfectly fine if a person squat and their knees go slightly beyond their toes

So again, we are all happy your getting a pt cert but don't become that guy

for the record i am A.C.E and NSCA certified, and as for the comment about the toes being straight, no they should be at around a 30* angle out from center when trying to preform a squat against a wall, sorry i didnt explain that.  As for questioning me, i am prefectly fine with that, but i'll stick to my over 600 hours of study that is backed by the American Council of Exercise as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Actually what bothers me is how you posted it like you dictate the rules of lifting

congrats on the certificates though
Squat max - 245lbs
Bench max - 188lbs
Deadlift max - ¿?
Front Squats(atg)- 5x165lbs

if you look securitor all of those people are wearing high heeled shoes which will pull the knees forward, it is not the same.  Also look at the last picture the guy is squating off of his toes and not driving with his heels.

Anyone that squats big should be wearing weight lifting shoes anyway.
