Get some shakers they are like 3 bucks. Get some weight gainer and bring a gallon of water to fill up your shakers with along with weight gainer BAM thats like 1000-2000 calroeis extra a day. Get protein bars or make ure own, there are lots of good healthy//natural ones dan mirage just made a post of 3 really good ones. If you can eat the main 3 breakfast, lunch, dinner. and fill the in between with weight gainers/protein bars ull be set, and i know this from experience.

I found dietary discipline very hard at your age too Pimp.
Currently using Mri black powder, BCAAs, animal cuts, beta alanine, milk thistle, Cytosport whey, ON casein, Zmax, T bomb II, flax seed, carnitine & conjugated linoleic acid. Going to hit M-drol in the new year.
