We've been doing something new using the pool. We have to tread water for one hour with a zro, five, or ten pound belt on, depending on how long you can tread for. It's very exhausting.

It's going alright, I'm satisfied with my progress so far. Stuck between 204-206, my bodyfat is going down though which is good, I got up to about 16%, I'm around 15% now and dropping. Strength is going up massively.

Wyrms I like your workout, mainly the Power Cleans day... May just adopt that when I start bulking up properly again. Great job. Keep it up. Power clean day is by far my most taxing and longest workout. I rest about 7 minutes between each set.

Good workout. Did something different with pullups. Did 8x2 bodywight+55 pounds. My hands hurt more than anything from that.

Changing my routine a little bit. Every third workout I'm going to up the weight by thirty pounds. Only for that workout though. For instance First workout A-regular Second workout A-regular Third workout A-+30 pounds Fourth workout A-regular By regular I mean regular progression which is +5-10 pounds each week. I'm going to do as many reps as I can with a maximum of five reps. Less isn't a big deal, I just want to start getting accustomed to the weight to prolong any stalling that may be coming up. Weighed in this morning at 208, I think a lot of it is water though.

How much do you power clean Yet? I find if you really try to ''explode'' at the beginning of the movement you can get the heavier lbs up easier.
Currently using Mri black powder, BCAAs, animal cuts, beta alanine, milk thistle, Cytosport whey, ON casein, Zmax, T bomb II, flax seed, carnitine & conjugated linoleic acid. Going to hit M-drol in the new year.

I'll be doing 295 this week. I try and explode in all my movements. Actually with Power Cleans I had a lot of trouble and was stuck around 135 for a long time. It was too light, I was exploding too much and was borderline losing my balance, I threw on 50 more pounds and it's been going good since.
